AIR-P Research Day at AUCD 2024 Conference: Translating Research to Community Impact

Event Description

The Autism Intervention Research Network on Physical Health (AIR-P) will be hosting its 8th semi-annual Research Day. This in-person event will be held as part of the AUCD 2024 conference, November 3-6, 2024, in Washington, DC. This is an opportunity to present research on the physical health and overall well-being of autistic individuals. The theme for this event is ‘Translation of Research to Community Impact’. This in-person event is open to all.

 

Request for Proposals (RFP) - Poster Presenters

 

What we're looking for:

- Research that is related to the physical health and overall well-being of autistic individuals AND impacts the community with its findings.

- Inclusive research practices.

- Autistic researchers and community stakeholders are highly encouraged to apply. 

- Submissions of work in progress are encouraged.

 

Scholarship opportunity:

Up to 5 of the accepted posters will be eligible for a scholarship of up to $500 to support travel to the AUCD 2024 conference. All applicants will automatically be considered for this scholarship opportunity. Limitations apply.
