Product Description:

The Brain Injury Needs Assessment reported on the experiences of individuals with a brain injury, their family members/caregivers/guardians, and Medical/Service Providers. Data was collected from a statewide survey and results where used to create a five year Alaska State Plan for Brain Injury. This summary of results was displayed on the Brain Injury State Partnership Program website where the Alaska State Plan for Brain Injury was being shown and open for public comment.
