Product Description:

Interdisciplinary teams are critical to the success of individuals with special health care and educational needs, however specialty training and ongoing support is rarely available in rural communities. This poster describes the work of two national training sites, located in Alaska and Wyoming. The poster provides an orientation to the ECHO model.
