Jen has always wanted to work in a university setting and is grateful for the opportunity to work with such amazing people. Jen joined the Institute on Disability in March of 2016 and became the IOD's Concord Office Manager in November of 2019, followed by a transition to Senior Program Support Assistant in October of 2023. In her position, Jen helps the IOD by providing direct program support to IOD programs and projects.
