Nutrition Services Department- April 1990 to present
*Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and case management for infants, children and adults in the genetics clinics. Educate patients, parents, and professionals about the metabolic disorder.
*Preceptor for 16 dietetic interns
Plan and organize annual statewide "PKU/ IEM Day", 2003- present.
February 1998 to July 2001
*Assess nutritional needs, calculate diets and educate clients on various medical nutrition therapy regimens, including weight management, ketogenic diet for seizure control, tube feedings, dysphagia, food allergies, high risk OB, and children with special healthcare needs.
