David R. Johnson - Celebration of Life

Please join us in honoring the life and career of our esteemed colleague, Professor David R. Johnson, PhD, on Monday, October 21, 2024, at 3:30 pm. The event will be held at the University of Minnesota’s Campus Club's West Wing Room in Coffman Memorial Union. 

For those unable to attend in person, the event will also be available via live streaming, z.umn.edu/DavidRJohnson, allowing you to join us in paying tribute to David’s career from wherever you are.

The event will feature reflections from former colleagues and students who had the privilege of working with David during his many years as director of the Institute on Community Integration, as a professor in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development, and as the Associate Dean of Research in the College of Education and Human Development.

Please save the date and join us in celebrating David’s remarkable contributions to our community, the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities, and inclusive education. More details will follow as the date approaches.
