Product Description:

The Craniofacial Database Prototype is designed to collect clinical data on children born with cleft palate or other craniofacial condition to be used for case management, continuous quality improvement, and research projects. The database contains part of the information found in the patient's medical record. This searchable relational database was created to organize patient information in a way that would be useful for research.The database consists of a series of screens: Patient Information and discipline specific screens (Audiology, Nursing, Ophthalmology, Speech Language Pathology, and Medical Social Work)
