Product Description:

During this webinar, the presenter will provide promising practices and strategies to support employment outcomes for job seekers with criminal background issues. Attendees will hear what employers are seeking in applicants, some of the barriers to applicants employment and solutions to break barriers to fit what employers are seeking. Attendees will be given practical tips to support job seeker preparedness for successful employment outcomes. The presenter will share ideas and examples used in her community to partner with local networks to leverage support for the employment of job seekers with criminal background issues. Resources, materials, and information on Certifications will also be provided which can open doors to additional possibilities for employment.
