Product Description:

This packet includes success stories for 23 children served in the the autism waiver program submitted by parents. The stories were formatted and utilized to educate policymakers about the benefits of the program. The included photos of the children, comments by the parents, number of jobs created, length of services, measurable improvement through # of objectives mastered, and average cost. In addition to the stories, there was a fact sheet about the program, a map of the state reflecting locations of applicants, and a faces document showing CDC prevalence rates.
