Product Description:

A panel discussion on the transition experience from the perspective of youth with disabilities and parents of adults with a disability, and moderated by the Sonoran UCEDD. The panelists will share where they are in the transition from high school to adult living, the success and challenges they have experienced, their plans for the future, and recommendations to professionals on how to best work with them to lead meaningful lives on their terms. Panelists will also discuss the interaction of race and disability as part of their experience.
