Product Description:

Oklahoma UCEDD staff/family advocates partnered with Edmond Public Schools to create a series of workshops for families about the "Charting the LifeCourse Showcase". Information from the workshops were put together in a poster presentation and presented at the National LifeCourse Community of Practice Annual Meeting and Conference in Kansas City, Missouri.
