Product Description:

This conference presentation was aimed at New York State, local and federal legislators, and was prepared with input from familiy members, voluntary agencies and provider associations throghout New York States. It focused on on educating legislators on the dire situation of voluntary agency pres-school underfunding which has resulted in program closures and children remaining at home with little or no educational services.
