Product Description:

This article reports the findings of a pilot study of 25 transition age youth. A descriptive profile is provided identifying their health related concerns, school-related and extracurricular activities, employment-related activities, social relationships and future plans. These exploratory findings provide insight about the impact of living with a disability/special health care need has upon their lives.
