Product Description:

Classroom teachers have the flexibility to design specific classroom management strategies that are responsive to their students cultures and fit with their own personal style of teaching. Classroom management is not easy and hard work. There needs to be a willingness to follow through and to be consistent. There has to be a willingness to change program when it is not working. This may mean to seek assistance from a support person in your district. We need to teach students alternative ways to respond to stress and emotions. We need to treat the students with dignity and respect regardless of their behavioral difficulties.
