Product Description:

This session was the first session in a two part session. This presentation focused on the foundations of systematic instruction, and why an employment specialist should know how to use systematic instruction. Understanding the purpose and completing a workplace assessment and task analysis are key components to identifying and providing supports on the job. Hands on training involved learning how to 'break down' a task in order to develop a task analysis.
