Product Description:

Part 2 of this session will focus on identifying support needs, both on and off the job, and transferring that information to the Employment Supports and Retention Plan (ESRP) form required by VRS. Utilizing the ESRP as an effective tool is essential when facilitating communication between the VRC, the supported individual, and the employer. Participants of the session will have the opportunity to identify support needs (both on and off site), and develop strategies to support the individual from case studies.
