The purpose of this subsequent evaluation is to assess: 1. Implementation of the Learning Community as a strategy for promoting inclusive health; 2. Technical assistance provided and partnerships created through the Inclusive Health Project 3. Organizational progress in moving toward inclusiveness for those participating organizations and 4. Organizational barriers or challenges to inclusion. Sources of information collected included participant surveys, interviews and observations. Although, interview and survey responses were less complete than anticipated, the evaluation still provides a clear picture of the progress made by organizations in working towards inclusive policies and practices.
