Product Description:

In pancreatic cancer, postoperative weight loss is associated with higher mortality. This study assessed preoperative factors associated with postoperative weight loss so that at-risk patients can be identified for intervention. A retrospective review of patients who underwent pancreatic surgery was completed. Demographics and routine blood work were analyzed to determine association with postoperative weight loss.
