Product Description:

As a distance accessible program, VT LEND has not only accessed trainees from states and territories beyond Vermont, but has added two American Indian faculty from LEND programs in Kansas and New Mexico. This presentation will describe the collaboration, mentoring, strategies to diversify the program and impact of the experience, including more engagement with local American Indian communities.
