Product Description:

Improvement in employment outcomes remains modest across formal systems meant to support people with IDD. Using extant data, a sample of 9,871 adults with IDD using Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services Waiver services across 33 states were studied using hierarchical modeling. The study sought to understand the effects of age on employment; and, assess how state fiscal effort to integrated employment services affects employment equity across the lifespan
