Product Description:

This course is designed to assist professionals to plan for and facilitate transitions from early childhood to preschool, preschool to elementary school, elementary to middle, middle to high school, and high school to post-school life, with most of the emphasis on the high school years. Participants learn the laws that shape special education & transition services, current outcome data, including youth from culturally diverse populations, and the fundamentals involved in transition planning.
