Ripple Effects Map created for a grant partner. The Map was built after staff met with stakeholders from The SOURCE, a mental health coordinating agency in Elkhart, Indiana. It demonstrates the core areas community partners had identified that needed to be changed, the ways in which change was implemented, the activities associated with the grant, the outcomes of the activities, and the community impact of the grant to date.
