This study explored the feasibility and acceptability of a tailored sleep health education intervention for caregivers of young children with developmental disabilities in an early intervention program on the Navajo Nation. Caregivers reported an increase in their average sleep duration, a decrease in sleep onset at bedtime, and improved physical and mental health-related quality of life. They also increased their knowledge of sleep disorders and healthy sleep practices.
