A policy brief was developed in collaboration with representatives from partner agencies such as the Dept. of Ed, NE Family Helpline, families, the school nurses program, and the state's Parent Training & Information Center which detailed the gaps and barriers to obtaining appropriate mental health supports in schools. This issue was voted upon and selected as one of Nebraska Title V program's priorities for the next 5 years.
