The Screening and Referral Guide was developed by the partners working as part of a grant from HRSA supporting Nebraska's Pediatric Mental Health Access grant to provide a list of commonly-used, valid and reliable tools for screening for use in community and clinical settings and a framework for community and behavioral health referral resources statewide.
