The Advocacy and the Arts transition series is an advocacy training and art program for students with IDD Social skills lessons included self-awareness, advocacy, self-expression, rights and responsibilities, teamwork, cooperation, effective communication, choices, decision making, and finding your voice. Students learned artistic skills from professional artists and disability specialists.
