Product Description:

Caregivers of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities face numerous stressors that negatively impact their health and quality of life. This is especially true for older family caregivers who also face their own age-related issues. The COVID 19 pandemic may further compound these challenges. Method: A focus group was conducted with 30 aging family caregivers discussing challenges and helpful strategies being used during COVID-19.
