Product Description:

Summer Intern, Yael Barany, with supervision, re-designed the Oregon Title V CYSHCN block grant and strategic plan using plain-language. The purpose of this document is to share with family representatives so they can more easily contribute to the annual block grant review process. Product elements included: plain language glossary of MCH terms, introduction to Title V of the Social Security Act, and the strategic plan.
