Product Description:

We administered the Work Disability Functional Assessment Battery (WD-FAB)to 802 workers currently and recently employed as either cashiers, receptionists, or nurses/nursing assistants. Findings suggest an area for consideration in the SSA DI process, specifically whether accommodation availability can be considered a "workplace adjustment" in Step 5 of the determination process.
