Alianzas assisted with the development and implementation of this cultural-competency training curriculum for the Department of Health and Senior Services, Special Health Care Needs Unit. Published in July 2005, 84 service and intake coordinators, therapists, and medical professionals and 33 administrators have utilized it with the purpose of providing mechanisms to effectively serve the increase in Latino clients of their organization.
