Product Description:

Currently, this is the only formal database of healthcare providers that is accessible to individuals with IDD specific for the state of South Dakota. Survey responses correlated directly with areas of higher population density. Geographically, much of South Dakota is not represented on the created referral list—this further showcases the disparity in access to HCPs in rural areas of the state.
