Product Description:

Project Emergency Management Program and Leadership Opportunities for Youth (E.M.P.L.O.Y.) is a multi-sector and interdisciplinary career pathway designed to partner with various government and non-profit organizations. Project EMPLOY will increase a new generation of Disability Integration Advisor (D.I.A.) leaders in emergency management. The D.I.A. will be responsible would contribute to addressing three main pillars: 1) Physical barriers. 2) Communication barriers. 3) Program barriers.
