Product Description:

In the USVI access to appropriate wheelchairs is affected by a lack of resources and trained professionals. A research design that utilizes a survey and interviews comprising questions that address each of WHOs 8 steps for wheelchair service provision is discussed. This research will provide a foundation for USVI policy and a springboard for further research.
