Product Description:

As we see people with disabilities transitioning into the workforce, they still can face discrimination. During the pandemic approximately 66% of workplace discrimination charges were disability related. This tends to happen because employers may have an unconscious bias about employees with disabilities and are unaware on how to effectively and properly engage with them. I've created a guide to aid employers on how to foster a healthy work environment for employees with disabilities.
