Product Description:

Article 41 of the NYS Mental Hygiene Law must develop and submit an annual Local Services Plan the Office of Addiction Services and Supports, the Office of Mental Health and the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities. It establishes the local priorities, needs and outcomes for the coming year and the metrics used to measure the outcome. The local plans are approved the by Community Services Board, comprised of local service providers, consumers and other community members.
