Studies since the 1980s outline issues with recruitment, training, compensation, retention, and turnover of case managers. After listening sessions by the Wyoming Department of Health, Home and Community Based Services Division (WDH HCBS), case managers expressed a desire for increased training to provide higher quality plans for individuals with disabilities. The poster outlines the process of developing a case manager training through a collaborative process with Wyoming case managers.
