Help is finally on the way for more than 5,100 special needs families who have been waiting more than a decade for assistance. Family advocate Wanda Felty said House Bill 4466 is a game changer. Gov. Kevin Stitt signed House Bill 4466 to eliminate the waitlist. "This is really, really important stuff for all the families. This is what Oklahoma is supposed to do," said Stitt. Some have been on the waitlist for as many as 13 years and said it's been a troublesome process.
