Product Description:

Community is vital for everyone, especially for children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) and their families. It provides enrichment, a sense of belonging, learning new skills, and growing independence. Community also helps parents connect and find new resources. However, CYSHCN families need help integrating and participating in community activities, with a majority feeling a lack of support. The CYSHCN Program can help.
