This study explores strategies to enhance teacher fidelity in implementing practices for students with emotional/behavioral disorders (EBD). It evaluates the impact of email performance feedback, with and without goal setting, on teacher response opportunities and behavior-specific praise. The study, conducted at a U.S. alternative school for EBD students, found both strategies effective, but couldn't ascertain if goal setting enhanced feedback. Teachers found the approach useful and feasible.
