Practitioner-implemented video prompting on vocational skills of students with significant intellectual and developmental disabilities
Product Description:
Past studies on video promoting (VP) have included teachers and paraeducators as implementors. This single-case study assessed the impact of VP implementation via educators on vocational skills of high school students with significant IDD/DD. Results showed that while all students were affected, only 2 met the mastery criterion and maintained performance for 2 weeks. Individual adaptations enabled further progress. The evidence supports that educators can effectively implement individualized VP.
