This course will introduce students to the fundamental concepts, theories, and principles to equip them with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage emergencies and minimize their impact on society's homeland security and emergency management. A comprehensive emergency management will also be addressed, including the philosophy behind mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery.
