In March of 2006 the SAFE Family Coalition received a grant from the Loose Foundation and the Health Care Foundation of Greater Kansas City. This grant had as its purpose the establishment of an Audit Team to review cases of domestic violence and child abuse and to develop strategies to meet the needs that the audit revealed. A Safety and Accountability Audit will be conducted under the facilitator of the committee, Jennifer Stallbaumer-Rouyer. Thirty-six respondents completed the survey about their feelings or impressions regarding the coalition with which the participants are involved in.
