Focus groups were conducted on April, 23rd, 25th and 27th 2007 at the Kansas City Health Department for individuals who received HIV/AIDS services in the following areas: Case Management, Primary Care, Oral Health, Mental Health, Substance Abuse Counseling and Medications. The Kansas City Health Department HIV Services staff was responsible for recruiting the individuals that participated in the focus groups. Each participant received a $20 gift certificate from either CVS Pharmacy or Wal-Mart for their attendance. 72 total participants Case Management = 12 Primary Care =13 Oral Health =12 Mental Health =13 Substance Abuse =10 Medications =12
