Product Description:

The Project for Family Support 360 of Illinois is a unique collaboration between people with developmental disabilities (DD), their families and the community. Its goal is to create the 360 Center, a one-stop center that will meet the needs of un-served and underserved families of children and adults with developmental disabilities in the primarily Latino communities of Berwyn and Cicero located in Chicagos western suburbs. Our plan is a reflection of the collective effort and contributions of the Projects Advisory Committee--especially the families-- who dedicated a year and a half to its design tailored to meet the unique needs of families of persons with DD in Berwyn and Cicero. Family Support 360: Empowering a Community is the Executive Summary of the plan.
