The website has been developed to promote greater opportunity for people with disabilities in Indiana who are interested in working in arts-related fields. The site comprises a comprehensive, centralized source of information on arts careers and disability issues, including an online Directory of arts workers. As a web portal, it features an extensive collection of annotated links to free, external, internet information resources, its own online databases, as well as interactive tools to encourage networking and communication among users of the site.
