This module is the gateway to the LEADD certificate and explores the two pillars of the LEADD Certificate Program: 1) development of leadership skills and 2) the health and well-being children with special healthcare needs, including disabilities, and their families in the USVI. Through further development of their own leadership skills, maternal and child health professionals participating in the LEADD program will seek to improve the health and well being of children with special health care needs, including disabilities, and their families in the USVI.
