Product Description:

Binder includes materials for participants in a 36 hour graduate level course offered to school districts across CT in order to increase the number of qualified professionals to support the education of children with intellectual disabilities in general education settings. Topics covered include: Services in Inclusive Schools; Standards Based IEPs; Effective Instructional Strategies for Diverse Learners; Collaboration for Planning & Service Delivery; Social Opportunities, Relationships, and Self Advocacy; and Family Involvement in Inclusive Schools.
