Final evaluation report of an Innovation and Improvement Project funded by Office of Head Start. The Missouri Department of Social Services administered this project to promote systems change at the state and local level to enhance outcomes for children with fathers in the criminal justice system. Key features include a statewide infrastructure that mobilizes support toward community-based solutions, which address the father's re-entry to society, family relationships, improved parenting knowledge and skills, and professional development that fosters collaborative decision-making and service delivery.
