Rob Horner, professor of special education, specializes in instructional and behavior support strategies for individuals with moderate to severe disabilities. This video, recorded at a workshop on November 22, 2002, presents approaches for on-going assessment and revision of behavior support plans for those with challenging behaviors. He also offers ways to use assessment tools to design supports around the person in order to change lives and behavior for the better.
