Product Description:

The number of children diagnosed with ADHD grew from 950,000 in 1990 to more than 2.4 million in 1996. the National Institute of Mental Health estimates that between three and five percent of US children today have ADHD, collectively one child in every classroom in America. As the number of cases has grown, the options for behavioral and pharmacological treatment of ADHD have increased as well. Clinicians have more choices available today than ever before which underscores the need for continued awareness and education in effectively diagnosing and treating ADHD. The three part DVD presentation will examine the history, diagnosis and growing number of treatment options being utilized to manage ADHD today.
